Federal Court Matters

The Federal Court of Canada hears and decides on disputes arising under the federal jurisdiction.  Immigration matters are dealt with as matters of Judicial Review under the Federal Court.  In order to be granted  permission to have your matter heard through a Judicial Review proceeding,  you must file an Application for Leave and Judicial Review.  Citizenship and Immigration laws provide for Judicial Reviews and Appeals in the Federal Court of Canada.  Our lawyers are experienced and trained to advise our clients as to the appropriate course of action in the event of a refusal, denial or revocation of a visa.
