Ravinder was called to the Bar in January 2016. After graduating from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, he completed the Law Practice Program (LPP) at Ryerson University. While at law school, Ravinder was a student advisor at the law school’s legal aid clinic, which provided free legal advice dealing with a variety of problems ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to workplace complaints. He was also actively involved as a researcher in the school’s Pro Bono Innocence Project which worked to overturn wrongful convictions for incarcerated individuals.
Through the LPP, Ravinder was given the unique and demanding opportunity of running his own virtual law firm in addition to receiving practical training at Kayani Law Firm. During both these experiences, Ravinder was responsible for numerous files concerning Family Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning issues.
Ravinder is a trained MIP (Mandatory Information Program) presenter for Peel Mediation Services, an initiative of the Ministry of Attorney General of Ontario for Family Law Litigants. His current practice comprises of Wills & Estates, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Real Estate matters.
Junaid Kayani was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001. Junaid's current practice encompasses family law, business law, real estate and Immigration. His wide experience in corporate and commercial law includes business organization, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate aspects of restructuring and interacting with multi-national franchisers.
Junaid Kayani completed his LLB from The Islamia University Bahawalpur Pakistan. He was called to the Punjab Bar Council in 1986. He was admitted as a Member to the High Court Bar Association, was elected as a Member of the Executive Committee of the District Bar Association Bahawalpur Pakistan. He possesses a Masters degree in Political Science. While practising in Pakistan he was a civil liberties proponent with a focus on Constitutional law.
